Minimum Qualifications
We’re looking for someone to take over the primary sales functions of our business, from responding to lead inquiries, holding discovery calls, to negotiating and winning deals.
To do this we need a charismatic individual with experience in sales, excellent persuasive written and oral communication, who is also a fast and aggressive learner.
You will need to come up to speed quickly on the industry we serve, the pain our customers feel and the solution we provide.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or executing outbound sales efforts.
- Formal understanding of paid search platforms.
- Experience with digital web analytics tools.
- Experience using LinkedIn to build sales pipelines.
- Experience with sales enablement tools.
Own Outbound Much of your time will be spent building relationships through social media and online communities.
Responding to Inquiries You will respond to all incoming requests by qualifying and then working them through the sales cycle.
Delivering Discovery Calls You will own discovery calls wherein you seek to understand, empathize, teach and recommend next steps.
Improve the process You will work with members of the Leadership team to continually improve the sales process.

FAQs About the Account Executive Role
We build analytics systems for companies looking to improve how they use their marketing data.
We don't offer a SaaS product per se, instead our team designs, builds and deploys analytics systems tailored to the current and future needs of a business.
Companies come to us when their marketing analytics needs have grown beyond what their internal marketing team can handle. We then set to work making sure analytics code (usually Google Analytics) is properly placed and collecting information accurately.
When then have data engineers that make sure the data collected in each system is properly joined and displayed in a way that is most useful for our clients needs.
This role will continue to grow as adMind does. We have grown at 30% per year for the last 5 years with sales being driven exclusively by our founding engineer.
As we seek to transition this responsibility into a new full time role we anticipate accelerated growth, if you succeed your roles and responsibilities will continue to scale with the company.
Candidates with demonstrated success in technical services sales, and/or digital marketing sales with a working knowledge of digital marketing principles will have the best backgrounds for higher started base salaries.
The umbrella policy for adMind is 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
However, managers are responsible for ensuring the policy is applied in a way that delivers the best outcomes for adMinds business objectives.
Individuals who spend time in front of sales calls need an office set up that best reflects the adMind brand.
Your in-office set up will have studio quality cameras, lighting and backgrounds.
A work from home set up is possible but will need to be approved by your manager.
A lead is first taken through discovery call to assess current needs and pain points, the client is offered an audit, is delivered the findings of the audit and offered a long term engagement to build a system that solves the problems found in the audit and addresses the needs found in the discovery call.
This process can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months but typically wraps up between 3 and 5 weeks.

We're in an office park located about a 1/2 mile north of the Maverick on I-15 and 90th South.
We're just a 2 minute drive to all the restaurants near Top Golf in Murray. Lunch spots include, Cafe Rio, R&R, Pretty Bird, Mo Bettah, Popeyes, and more.
A single stop light separates us from the freeway, so getting here is pretty quick regardless of where you live in the valley.
Right now we're operating with a hybrid model. Some folks like coming in and having a consistent work space, others prefer working from home and use 'hotel desks' that are available in the office for days they want or need to come in.
