About adMind
Eleven years, 50 clients, and a team where everyone brings a decade of experience in their discipline. Here's how we got here and what we stand for.
We started by trying to automate PPC. We ended up fixing data.
Eleven years ago, adMind set out to build software that used analytics data to automate PPC decisions. It was a good idea on paper. In practice, every company we piloted with had the same underlying problem: the data was wrong.
They weren't interested in our automation tools. They wanted us to fix the data first, so we did.
That became the business. Making sure the data is right before anyone acts on it is still the core of what we do. Everything else we offer, from PPC to SEO to CRO to dashboards, is built on that foundation.
What we stand for
Strategy and technical depth in one team
We refuse to be only strategists or only technicians. The two belong in the same room, often in the same person.
Work that ties to profitability or journey
Every insight maps to either making marketing spend more profitable or improving the customer journey. Nothing else is worth your budget.
Technology, people, and process
The least mature pillar defines your analytics ceiling. A better tool won't fix a broken process. We diagnose all three.
Insights, not dashboards
A dashboard is a report. An insight is something you didn't know that you can act on. We deliver the second kind.
Independence over vendor comfort
We tell you the truth about your marketing, including when your other vendors are underperforming. That's why clients bring us with them when they change jobs.
Seniors only
Every team member brings at least a decade of experience. No junior bench training on your account.
By the numbers
The three-pillar model
for analytics maturity
Most companies treat analytics problems as technology problems. Buy a better tool, migrate to a new platform, and the issue should resolve itself. It doesn't. Analytics maturity rests on three pillars, and the least mature one defines your ceiling.
Before adMind, we thought we had an analytics problem. It turned out we had a process problem wearing an analytics disguise. Their diagnosis changed how we think about data.

Who we work with
We serve about 50 active clients, ranging from mid-market brands to enterprise organizations like Stanford University, Jason's Deli, and Langley Federal Credit Union.
Our sweet spot is the company where marketing is a real revenue driver, but the analytics and technical infrastructure hasn't kept up with ambition. Typical revenue runs $10M to $500M+. Typical marketing team size is 3 to 15 people, often with one stretched analytics-adjacent person.
We work across ecommerce, SaaS on HubSpot, higher education, QSR and restaurant, financial services, and healthcare. The common thread is enough multi-channel complexity that things break, and enough technical depth required that most agencies can't keep up.
