Dashboards are the start. Insight is the point.
A dashboard tells you what happened. An insight tells you why and what to do next. We build both, and we know which one you actually need for a given question.
Why most marketing reporting fails
There's a predictable trap with marketing dashboards. You start with a genuine question, build a dashboard to answer it, then the dashboard becomes the thing. It gets added to executive decks, reviewed in standups, referenced in meetings. The question it was built to answer drifts out of focus, and the dashboard becomes a ritual.
Good reporting requires knowing when a dashboard is the right format and when it isn't. Some questions need a dashboard. Others need a memo. Others need a conversation and a slide. Most organizations default to dashboard for everything, which is why so many dashboards end up unused.
What we build
Executive dashboards
For CMOs, VPs, and CEOs. What's working, what's not, and what it means for the business. Short, opinionated, and built to support a conversation.
Operational dashboards
For analysts, marketers, and media buyers. Deep enough to make tactical decisions from, with filters and drilldowns that actually get used.
Investigative analysis
When the dashboard raises a question, we dig in and answer it. This is where real insights come from. The part most agencies skip.
Monthly and quarterly narratives
A written narrative that walks through what happened, why, and what we'd do differently. The format executives actually read.
Platforms and
tools we work in
We build in whatever your team uses, with a preference for tools that make the underlying data inspectable rather than black-boxed.
The shift for us was when adMind stopped sending dashboards and started sending a two-page memo every month. The dashboard was already in Looker. The memo was what actually changed how we were thinking.

How engagements typically start
Reporting work is usually part of a broader analytics package, because a dashboard is only as good as the data flowing into it. If your tracking is suspect, fixing the dashboard won't help.
We do take on standalone reporting projects: a board-ready executive dashboard, a Looker Studio rebuild, a reporting system migration. These make sense when the underlying data is already in good shape.
